Standard Delivery

Orders of £49 and over - FREE

Orders under £49 - £3.95

We deliver most items within 3-5 working days.

Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders of £49 and over. We charge £3.95 for standard UK delivery on orders under £49.
  • You’ll see the delivery options for a product on each individual product page. We deliver most items Monday to Saturday, 7.30am-6pm, although some of our carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.
  • We may send products out from multiple locations so they may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result
  • If you order items with both 5 and 7 day quoted dispatch times, we may consolidate your order may be so those products will arrive together, usually within 7 working days
  • When next working day or named day delivery is available for your order, we'll offer you these options at checkout - see Faster deliveries below.
  • Most deliveries will be made within 3 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends] e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods will be delivered by the following Monday, however some may take up to 5 working days.
  • The cost of UK Standard Delivery is calculated at checkout. Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. 
  • Order tracking is not available for Royal Mail deliveries, so please wait the full 5 working days for your delivery to arrive. We will advise you if your order is being dispatched via Royal Mail. 
  • Your order may require a signature on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your order, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
  • Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day. 
  • Gift vouchers may be dispatched via Royal Mail and charges vary according to total order value.  (eVouchers are emailed straight to the recipient)
  • We cannot guarantee order requests such as "if not in please leave in porch" as this is at the control of the courier.

Next working day UK delivery (Monday - Friday) - £5.99

Saturday UK delivery - £9.95

Next working day UK delivery before 10.30am - £10.95


 Next working day UK delivery is available for Monday to Saturday delivery; order by 2pm previous day (excluding public bank holidays).

Providing a valid mobile number or email address is available a pre delivery notification will be sent to you.  This will include details of the delivery time slot and an option to arrange other suitable delivery.

Next Working Day UK delivery £5.99 Monday to Friday 7.30am - 6pm excluding public holidays.  Order by 2pm previous working day.
Saturday UK delivery £9.95 Saturday 7.30am - 6pm.  Order by 2pm Friday.  Not available if Friday is a public holiday.
Next Working Day UK delivery before 10.30am £10.95 Monday to Friday 7.30am - 10.30am excluding public holidays.  Order by 2pm previous working day.

Delivery restrictions


We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland, but we're sorry that geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.

There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescale if you have requested Next working day delivery. If you've requested this service and your order is going to a postcode listed below, please allow extra time for the item to arrive as shown. The table indicates the total timescale for delivery from the date you place the order, providing you do so by 3pm on a working day.

Standard delivery will not usually be affected and remains 3-5 working days.

The boring small print

All delivery options are subject to availability and working days exclude public holidays

On rare occasions, we may need to delivery items outside the published timed windows. We can't guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas; see the section on Restricted delivery & postcode exceptions for more details

Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

We’re sorry, but we don't deliver to BFPO addresses



Our returns policy

In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour. 

Please note that in the interests of hygiene, items marked with a '+' next to the product name cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty. 

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. 

Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

 We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

Christmas Returns

At Christmas, we know items are bought in advance and given as gifts at Christmas time. So if you're ordering items now for Christmas presents, you may return them up to 10th January, as long as they have not been worn or used, and have the original labels attached.

The returns policy for Christmas decorations is 14 days from the date of in-store purchase, or if we deliver the product to you, then within 14 days from the date you received it. The product must be unused and within the original packaging. This 14 day policy does not apply for faulty items and does not affect your consumer rights


How To Return An Item

Our aim is to provide a hassle free service. You have 28 days to decide if you want to return any item within your order. All you have to do is simply use our Returns System.

You can access our Returns System by logging into your account by clicking ‘My Account’ and then go to ‘Completed Orders’. Once we have received your Returns Request we will provide you with a Returns Number and further details. It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use.

However once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within 48 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible. So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition and the return has been allocated to your account.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and in the event, we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
